💗 INGREDIENTS :
OLIVE OIL
Olive oil is rich in vitamins A, E, and K. Vitamin E is particularly beneficial for hair health as it has antioxidant properties that protect the hair follicles from damage. The antioxidants in olive oil help to protect the hair from damage caused by free radicals and environmental stressors, which can lead to hair loss. Olive oil has anti-inflammatory properties that can help to soothe an irritated scalp, reduce dandruff, and improve scalp health, which is essential for hair growth. Olive oil also has antimicrobial properties that help to reduce scalp infections, which can hinder hair growth. Regular use of olive oil strengthens the hair shaft, reducing breakage and hair loss, and promoting thicker and healthier hair.
AVOCADO OIL
Avocado oil has similar properties to olive oil and is traditionally used to promote hair growth. The antioxidants in avocado oil help to protect the hair from damage caused by free radicals, UV radiation, and environmental pollutants.
MCT OIL
Medium-chain triglyceride (MCT) oil is derived primarily from coconut oil or palm kernel oil. It is also called "fractionated coconut oil". MCT oil is lightweight and non-greasy that's why I like to use it to make my mixtures less greasy. It also helps improve the dispersion of essential oils. Similar to coconut oil, MCT oil contains lauric acid, which has antimicrobial properties and helps to maintain a healthy scalp environment. The antimicrobial properties of MCT oil can help to reduce scalp infections, dandruff, and other scalp issues that can impede hair growth. MCT oil has anti-inflammatory properties that can help to soothe an irritated scalp, reducing inflammation and promoting a healthy environment for hair growth.
OMEGA-3 SUPPLEMENT (containing vitamins D and B12)
Omega-3 fatty acids nourish the hair follicles, reduce inflammation, strengthen hair and are essential for maintaining a healthy and supple scalp. If you suffer from a dry and flaky scalp, I highly recommend you to use omega-3s.
I'm using a vegan version of omega-3s coming from algae but you can choose any type of omega-3 supplement that you like.

PEPPERMINT ESSENTIAL OIL (PEO)
This is my favorite essential oil for hair growth so I often use it !

Peppermint oil can improve blood circulation to the scalp when applied, which stimulates hair follicles and encourages hair growth. Increased blood flow ensures that the hair follicles receive more nutrients and oxygen. Its antimicrobial properties help to cleanse the scalp and prevent infections that can lead to hair loss or hinder hair growth. PEO has cooling and soothing properties and dramatically reduce itchiness.

LAVENDER ESSENTIAL OIL
